General Terms and Conditions of the Advanced Business Manager Billfeeds Promotion

By participating in this promotion/competition, entrant accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them.

1. Promoter. The promoter of this competition is Advanced Business Manager (ABM) ("Promoter") with its registered office at Unit7/35 Sir William Pickering Drive, Christchurch, 8053, New Zealand.

1. Entrants. Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents. Entrant must be at least 18 years of age.

1. Promotion location and time. This promotion will be available through the Advanced Business Manager platform. The eligible period for competition consideration must be a registered user by 12:00 a.m. 31 May 2017. (New Zealand Standard Time Zone) (“Promotion Period”).

1. How to participate. To participate, during the Promotion Period, entrant must have signed up to the Billfeeds subscription within the ABM software. By subscribing to the service the entrant will automatically be entered into the competition.  By including this hashtag, entrant will be automatically entered into the competition. There is no limit to the number of tweets entrant is allowed to submit into the competition during the Promotion Period.

4.1 General conditions to participate:

4.1.1 Entrant is responsible for the expenses he/she incurs while participating in this competition and entrant will not be reimbursed for such expenses, even if entrant wins the competition.

4.1.2 Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants that it believes have conducted improper or unlawful conduct.

4.1.3 Promoter does not take responsibility for late entries.

4.1.4 If you choose not to take part in the promotion you may opt out by emailing Brittany@advancedbusinessmanager.co.nz.

1. Prize. The prize will be drawn by random draw by the Promoters.

5.1 General conditions regarding the prize:

5.1.1 The Promoter will determine the winner by 1 June 2017.

5.1.2 The Promoter's decision is final.

5.1.3 Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable.

1. Announcement of winner. The winner will be contacted on 1 June 2017 through the mobile or email details registered to the account they used to enter the competition. In addition, the winner will be announced when they have responded to the promoter’s notification of winning via the Promoter's website (https://www.advancedbusinessmanager.co.nz/) and Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/advancedbusinessmanagernz/). By entering this promotion, entrant gives Promoter consent to use entrant's name, photographs, videos etc. on social media channels, without remuneration. If the winner does not contact Promoter within 5 days of the winner announcement, then the winner forfeits the prize and has no right to compensation. Upon contacting the Promoter, the winner will receive further instructions on how to claim the prize. Promoter reserves the right to redraw a new winner or withdraw the prize offer.

1. Liability Limitations. The Promoter, its employees, its affiliates, and others related to Promoter are not responsible for losses or damages suffered as a result of this promotion.

1. Property of promoter. All entries become property of Promoter. Entry content may be retweeted or used for other marketing and promotion purposes.

9.1 These General Terms and Conditions prevail over any promotion inconsistencies that may appear in printed or digital material.

9.2 Promoter reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
